OSS was created to improve individual performance skills across multiple disciplines integrating proficiency with firearms, close quarters tactics, driving techniques, medical responsiveness, combative situations and leadership into an intensive, progressive and cohesive training evolution.

Pistol
Develop accuracy, speed, and accountability through performance-based pistol standards under time and stress.
Rifle
Build precision and efficiency with rifle across varying distances, positions, and problem-solving scenarios.
Long Gun
Application of long-gun fundamentals and decisive engagement.
Live Fire Shoot House
Apply Close-Quarters Battle (CQB) principles inside a live fire shoot house using Ultimate Training Munitions (UTM) to develop decision-making and movement, leading up to live fire inside the house.
Performance Driving
Learn vehicle control, high-speed pit maneuvering, and J-Turns designed for real-world mobility challenges.
Medical Application
Train life-saving trauma response skills focused on rapid assessment, bleeding control, and casualty management taught by Doctor's Chris Grammar and Paul Maurer.
Combatives
Develop practical close-range fighting skills to dominate physical encounters and regain positional advantage from a professional fighter.
Culminating Exercise
